Old GitHub URL for Lobotomy did not exist. Found the project under a new group and updated the URL accordingly.
The URL for ClassyShark no longer worked. Found the GitHub page and linked that instead. https://classyshark.com also works, but has certificate issues. GitHub is your best bet for right now. Fixed formatting for consistency.

I found a number of online resources to be inaccessible. In most cases the websites are gone entirely. I loaded each URL in the "Online Analyzers" section to find the ones that didn't work. I then used the HTML5-compatible "<del></del>" tags to strike through the ones that don't load.
